Turn on Diagnostics in EBS

If you see Error in EBS Form "Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or Contact your System Administrator", or if you cannot see "About This Page" in OAF web page, do the following:

Navigate to System Administrator->Profile->System, set the following profile on User or Site level per described here:

Personalize Self-Service Defn = Yes (At user level)

FND: Personalization Region Link Enabled = Yes (At user level)

Disable Self-Service Personal = NO (Only at Site)

FND: Diagnostics = Yes (At user level)

Utilities:Diagnostics = Yes (At user level)
